Lo svolgimento dei corsi di formazione, cui sarà presente la parte teorica e quella pratica, sarà suddivisa in quattro (4) livelli + un periodo di tirocinio tra il 1° e il 2° livello (4/6mesi), presso strutture sportive, vivai, aziende di manutenzione..:

1° -IFGI Start Basic:
cenni di agronomia sulle graminacee, caratteristiche pedo-climatiche,  conduzione delle variabili cognitive, dalle esperienze teoriche e pratiche dei nostri Docenti, manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie meccaniche e chimiche. Comparazioni tra naturale, ibrido e  sintetico;

2° -IFGI Intermediate:
approfondimenti sulla biologia delle piante in questione, termini inglesi,  diritto sportivo, sicurezza e primo soccorso, corretto uso dei macchinari e loro manutenzione, sistemi di irrigazione e drenaggio con loro installazione, lezioni pratiche sul campo, riconoscimento delle varietà ed essenze;
Riconoscimento Primo Groundsman utile per operare per campi dilettantistici

3° -IFGI High:
gestione e creazione budget impiantistica, adeguato programma lavoro d'impianto e suo bilancio,  rendimento di un impianto sportivo nel tempo, adeguamento delle risorse con assottigliamento al minimo gli sprechi, confronti con amministrazione pubblica, miglioramento della lingua inglese. Ai docenti agronomi corsi di approfondimento e aggiornamenti presso UK;

4 -IFGI Elite:
visita presso le nostre strutture di un Groundsman inglese e/o viceversa, lezioni di Management  e finanza sportiva, business sports, basi strutturali e nuove tecnologie su nuovi impianti calcistici o calcianti, nello specifico aspirazione acqua, luci led sui manti erbosi, gestione eventi e/o spettacoli nel rettangolo…

 The courses will include the theoretical part and the practical part, will be divided into four (4) levels, more a training period between the 1st and 2nd level (4/6months), at sports facilities, nurseries, maintenance companies..:

 IFGI Start Basic:

Overview of agronomy on grasses, pedo-climatic characteristics, 1 ° conduction of cognitive variables, theoretical and practical experiences of our teachers, ordinary and extraordinary mechanical and chemical maintenance.

Comparisons between natural and artificial;

- IFGI Intermediate:

in-depth information on the biology of the plants in question, English terms, 2nd sports law, safety and first aid, proper use of machinery and their maintenance, irrigation systems and drainage with their installation, practical lessons on the field, recognition of varieties and essences;

- IFGI High:

Management and creation of plant budgets, adequate plant work program and its balance sheet, 3rd performance of a sports facility over time, adjustment of resources with minimal wastage, comparison with public administration and improvement of the English language. Agronomist teachers, in-depth courses and updates from UK;

- IFGI Elite:

visit to our facilities by an English Groundsman, lessons in Management 4 ° and sport finance, structural bases and new technologies on new football or rugby pitches, specifically water suction, led lights on turf, event management and /or shows on the field 

• Il 1° livello sarà seguito da un periodo temporale di circa 6 mesi, in modo che l'iscritto abbia il tempo per poter effettuare in pratica le lezioni seguite nella formazione e da slide rilasciate. (tirocinio/stage)

• I livelli successivi potranno essere consecutivi. in uno stretto periodo, ed avranno lo stesso modulo, in modo sempre più approfondito.

• Per ottenere la qualifica di groundsman sono necessari completare i primi due livelli con tirocinio; i successivi 3° e 4° completeranno la qualifica come

  “head groundsman”

• Il corso è rivolto a tutti i maggiorenni, di entrambi i sessi, con qualche si voglia categoria, studenti, periti, dottori, lavoratori, addetti comunali.

• I corsi devono avere sequenza crescente, fin dal 1° livello per tutti gli iscritti.

• Il corso ha finalità propedeutica , con rilascio attestato di frequenza o certificazione, utile ad affrontare il mondo professionale, rilasciato dall'Ente organizzatore; stiamo valutando se certificare il groundsman uscente, da enti italiani o da più opportuni  fondazioni inglesi, come si sono proposti.

• Il numero di iscritti non dovrà superare le 15 unità a corso, per una migliore relazione ed interazione con gli allievi.

• Dare un costo fisso è reso difficile, dai continui mutamenti, e collaborazioni di Enti o uffici di Pubblica Istruzione, Associazioni, in quanto questi ultimi potrebbero far intervenire fondi europei e nazionali, di appartenenza ai diritti sportivi, così che avviseremo caso x caso, per attestati, riconoscimenti e/o eventuali tesseramenti.

-  The number of members will not have to exceed 15 units per course, for a better relationship and interaction with the students.

-  To give a fixed cost is made difficult, by the continuous changes, and collaborations of institutions or offices of public education, associations, as the latter could make intervene European and national funds, of belonging to the sports rights, so that notify Case x case, for certificates, acknowledgments and/or any membership.

In accordo con gli inglesi saranno necessari corsi di aggiornamento anche per gli insegnanti di agronomia, dopo il 2° o il 3° livello, presso Fondazione UK; questo ci permetterà di:

 rendere i nostri corsi all'avanguardia, poiché esisterebbe un continuo scambio tra le due culture mediante fiere, congressi e corsi avanzati,  approvazioni e certificati dagli stessi inglesi per così diffondere il verbo della cura dei campi sportivi in Europa,

 internazionalizzazione del corso con tutti i suoi benefici, per Federazioni, Comitati, commissari tecnici e consulenti. 

    Spero che tali motivazioni servano a far capire l'importanza della figura del Groundsman in Italia e non solo.

L'Europa Mediterranea ci sta seguendo e così capire le strategie da intraprendere e magari creare insieme un’ Associazione Mediterranea, che seguirà le sue caratteristiche climatiche temperate, tecniche locali, con varietà ed essenze graminacee di appartenenza.

In accordance with british, refresher courses will also be required for agronomy teachers, after the 2nd or 3rd level, at  UK Foundation; this will allow us to :  ● make our courses cutting-edge, as there would be a continuous exchange between the two cultures through fairs, congresses and advanced courses , ● give approvals and certificates from the english to spread the word about sports fields in Europe ● internationalization of the course with all its benefits, for Federations, Committees, technical commissioners and consultants.    I hope that these motivations help to make people understand the importance of the profession of the Groundsman in Italy and beyond. Mediterranean Europe is following us in order to understand the strategies to be undertaken and maybe create a 'Mediterranean Association together, which will follow its temperate climatic characteristics, local techniques, with variety and belonging of grass species. 

La formazione è rivolta a tutti coloro che:

- lavorano nel settore agricolo e professionali provenienti da aziende vivaistiche e amatoriali che si dilettano nel giardinaggio; 

- professionisti quali agronomi, biologi, agrotecnici, periti agrari;

- tecnici comunali per dare loro il concetto di manutenzione dei campi sportivi e verde urbano in modo da vigilare sugli stessi campi comunali e verde urbano;

- a tutti coloro si vogliano avvicinare nel mondo sportivo con alternativa lavoro sulle strutture ed impianti sportivi;

- a tutti, uomini e donne, studenti, disoccupati  o non lavoratori (da 18 fino a 40 anni rientrando nella categoria tirocinante)  possano fare esperienza subito dopo il 1° livello, presso aziende vivaistiche, manutentrici del verde, o nelle stesse accademie o associazioni sportive, che siano di calcio o di rugby o ancora verde urbano, tutelati ed assicurati da Ente Promotore Accreditato;

- a quelle persone che abbiamo voglia di fare nuove esperienze, anche estere, in un settore affascinante, pieno di manualità e concentrazione, oltre all'interesse di evolvere nella tecnica di manutenzione in continua adeguamento con la Natura;

- ai consulenti agronomi, ingegneri ed architetti per studiare insieme nuovi sistemi d'impianto, nuove architetture, utilizzando energie e risorse rinnovabili;

- a chi come tutti gli agricoltori lavorano in mezzo al verde all'aria aperta, sotto la pioggia, il sole cocente, mattinieri e quando fanno anche belle giornate;

- ci rivolgiamo anche agli allenatori per le sinergie esistenti, nelle modifiche possibili del terreno a vantaggio della squadra di casa, ma anche nel saper gestire zone più o meno stressate del campo durante gli allenamenti.

The training is aimed at all those who:

-Work in the agricultural and professional sector from nurseries and amateur companies who dabble in gardening;

-to all those who want to approach the sports world with alternative work on sports facilities and facilities;

-We also turn to the coaches for the existing synergies, in the possible changes of the land to the advantage of the home team, but also in knowing how to manage more or less stressed areas of the field during training.

Il percorso consigliato anche dal direttore tecnico Figc di Coverciano, M. Francini, sarà quello di partire con dei corsi di formazione base (1°LIVELLO fino poi a giungere al 4° LIVELLO) rivolti a tecnici agrari, addetti ai lavori, tecnici comunali, tecnici commerciali e tutti coloro che vogliono affacciarsi a questo settore con fini professionali.

Il percorso racchiuderà in via generica tutte le materie con basi di agronomia, biologia, meccanica, drenaggio ed irrigazione, sicurezza, sintetico... in modo da avere quelle nozioni fondamentali che tramite la teoria prima e esperienza pratica poi, diano la capacità di saper dare una propria opinione in merito alla costruzione e manutenzione di campi dilettantistici e professionistici, magari affiancando il custode che conosce i mille particolari e limiti di quel campo naturale. 

Saranno argomentati temi come: il tipo di varietà o essenze da utilizzare in base al microclima presente nel proprio territori; possibilità di consociazioni stagionali; tipo del terreno e lavorazioni per un buon drenaggio e sua importanza; sistemi di irrigazioni e uso corretto dell'acqua; modalità accurata dei fertilizzanti con prevenzione delle malattie; il taglio dell'erba come e quando; accenni manutenzioni macchine; economia ambiente e gestione delle risorse presenti; evitando sprechi superflui. 

Una volta fatto tale percorso generico (40/44h , la durata del corso) si passerebbe allo stadio di approfondimento (2°, 3° e 4° LIVELLO dopo 5/6 mesi di stage, per un totale di 180/200 h), rivolto a professionisti e futuri specialisti del settore con stadi avanzati di agronomia, biologia, ecologia ed ambiente. 

In più seguirà la specializzazione come manager per la gestione ed organizzazione di eventi all'interno degli stadi. 

Tali GroundsManager si andranno a confrontare con realtà ben diverse dal calcio dilettante, affacciandosi appunto ai campi professionali e a quel punto avere potere decisionale. Qui potrebbe intervenire, il supporto logistico, economico e didattico della Figc, con le sue sedi regionali distribuite in tutta Italia e suoi agronomi di appartenenza. 

Sarà necessario avere le basi fondamentali della lingua inglese. 

Al momento, nella fase dilettanti, dobbiamo cercare forze tra possibili attori che credano in tale nuova figura (nuova in Italia, basta infatti sbirciare nei Paesi anglofoni e le realtà sono molto diverse), per il bene delle comunità sportive, creando sinergie, collaborazioni, scambi, per far si che tale figura, più volta proposta negli anni, non vada a morire per mancanza di fondi.

Al momento siamo in 4 agronomi (in crescita numerica) sparsi in Italia Centro-Nord e stiamo cercando di creare un Istituto di formazione per Groundsman, facendoci accompagnare o meglio supportare da Enti professionali, Confcommercio, Accademie, Associazioni sportive e Comuni, per corsi professionali e dare così inizio in qualche regione pilota ai corsi. 

In questa prima fase per campi dilettanti , il corso sarà rivolto a giardinieri, custodi, periti, tecnici commerciali ed anche facenti parte degli uffici tecnici comunali, e chiunque interessato a tale percorso.

There will be topics such as: the type of variety or cores to be used based on the microclimate present in their own territories, possibility of seasonal intercropping; soil type and works for good drainage and its importance; irrigation systems and correct use of water; accurate method of fertilizers with disease prevention; cutting the grass as and when; hints on maintenance of machines; economy, environment and management of existing resources; avoiding unnecessary waste. 

Once this general course (40 / 44h, the duration of the course) has been completed, it would be possible to go to the in-depth stage (2nd, 3rd and 4th  LEVEL  for a total of 180/200h), aimed at professionals and future specialists in the sector with advanced stages of agronomy, biology, ecology and environment. In addition, the specialization will follow as a manager for the management and organization of events within the stadiums. 

These  Grounds Managers  will be confronted with very different realities from amateur football, appearing precisely in the professional fields and at that point have decision-making power. Here 

the logistic, economic and educational support of the FIGC could intervene, with its regional offices and agronomists distributed throughout Italy. It will be necessary to have a basic knowledge of the English language.  

At this time, in the initial stages, we must look for strengths between possible players who believe in this new professional category (new in Italy, it is enough to take a look at the English-speaking countries and see that the realities are very different), for the benefit of the sports communities, creating synergies, collaborations, exchanges, to ensure that this professional category, more than once proposed over the years, does not die out due to lack of funds. At this moment in time we are a group of 4 agronomists scattered in central and northern Italy who are trying to create a training institute for the Groundsman, making us accompany or even better, be supported by professional bodies, Confcommercio, Academies, Sports Associations and Municipalities, for professional courses and thus starting the courses in some pilot regions. 

During this first amateur phase, the course will be aimed at gardeners, caretakers, experts, commercial technicians and also part of the municipal technical offices, and anyone interested in this path.
